How Can I Help My Body From Twitching Before Going To Sleep?

    Try doing some deep breathing to relax your body -- maybe also drink some chamomile tea (that does not have any caffeine in it)  a little while before going to bed.  
    Some twitching is probably normal as your body/muscles begin to relax at the end of the day.
