If Somesome Hits My Dog Am I Responsible For Damage To Their Vehicle?
Some fool was travelling down our road late at night and hit my dog and now he wants us to pay for the dent in his truck.

The matter should be based on the facts which tells who is responsible. By law if the dog was hit by your negligence that you will have to pay to truck's dent or if the driver was driving recklessly then he should pay for damages.

Sorry to be the deliver of bad news but this happened to me. And I'm afraid you should have had your dog on a lead.
