    A full bed basically is a part of furniture mainly used or proposed for resting upon, but can also have other uses, like offering space for sexual intercourse and relaxation.

    The actual size of a full or double bed usually varies from country to country like in USA the standard size of a full bed is 54 inches into 75 inches where as in Europe it measures approximately 55 inches to 79 inches. Beds come in a large variety of different sizes and shapes. Initial beds were made up of piles of straw and additional innate stuff.

    Normally to make beds more comfortable, the upper layer of the bed is usually a mattress. The second layer generally comprises of box spring and third and final layer usually is the bed frame.
