What Other Symptoms Would Suggest My Problem Could Be Parasympathetic?

i have memory problems , when i talk my words come out scrambled I've had very troublesome mouth watering for 2+ years and it has caused me to lose weight rapidly of over 100pds i have weird skin sensations . and I'm in a manic phase most of the time I'm being treated for bipolar Ive had all my meds changed around and have had 2 surg,tympanic neurectomies . and still have the excessive saliva and no diagnosis for it and after the surgery in the left ear i suffer severe neck pain and burning.so i search for less drastic conditions and treatment .i do not want any more useless surgeries and the head and neck specialist say`s the next procedure is likely to make my jaw droop if we do the surgery
