Can A Store Like Subway Have Only On Employee Close The Store Alone After 8pm Until 10 11pm, Is This Allowed?
I am working at Subway and me and my co-workers are almost all under the age of 18 and we wanted to know whether it is allowed for us to close the store alone, with no one else on the clock or in the store except for you after 8 pm... Our stores have been changing and now they have only one employee closing every night now... Is this allowed?

I don't think this is illegal. I work for a similar type of business and many times there is just one person scheduled to close.
Can you speak to your manager and find out what the company policy is? If there are concerns about the safety of the employees, you should speak up. Even if they don't change anything, you have made someone aware of a potentially dangerous situation.
If you are really concerned and want to find out for sure, try contacting the labor board.
