    Action research:
    It is  a reflective process to solve progressive problems by peoples working as team or part of community practice. This can also be done by organizations or institutions to improve their strategies, practices and their knowledge of environment.
    Operational Research uses  mathematical modeling, statistics, and algorithms to  get optimum solution of a complex problem. It is concerned with optimizing prophet (maxima) or minima (loss, risk). This is done by using scientific methods.
