Answer Question

Checking computer memory is very easy. The main types of memory are the hard disk space and the RAM (Random Access Memory). In order to check the hard disk free and taken space, you need to go to 'My Computer' where you will be able to access all the drives. Right click on any of the drive, and go to 'Properties'. A new window will open and you will be able to see the taken and the free space of that drive. This way you will be able to check the memory of all the drives. This information tell us that how much more data can you store in these drives.

In case you wish to know the memory of your RAM, you need to click on 'Start' and 'Programs'. After opening 'Programs', you need to click on 'Accessories' and then on 'System Tools'. You will see an option there which says 'System Information'. A new window will open and on the first page itself you will able to see the 'Total Physical Memory' which is the RAM.
