Well first you must be ether a u.s. Citizen or legal resident. You must state that at the beginning of your letter, also you have to attach proof that you are. Such as a copy of your birth certificate or green card showing that you are legal. Then talk about how that person who's is in process, support's the person who is the u.s. Citizen. Money wise as well emotionally. Talk about how she could possibly become depress and it could effect her kids or family members if she doesn't have kids. Then last talk about how great of a couple they are. And how long you've known them.
