How Do I Merge Words To Fit In One Cell In Microsoft Word?

Answer Question

1 Answer - Sort by: Date | Rating

You don't merge words in Word, you merge cells. If you have text (words) in both cells they will "merge" together but there is no operation or command to actually merge words.

To merge cells, you highlight the cells either by row or column and then in the menu go to Table and down to Merge Cells. This will combine the cells in a column or in a row.
