    The Las Vegas Arboretum is an 80 acre arboretum which is situated on the campus of the University of Nevada, in Las Vegas in Paradise, Nevada in the United States of America. This Arboretum was established in the year 1985, it includes all of the landscaped area which comes under entire campus; the campus is around 335 acres. The main objective of this arboretum is to display mature plants, which are suited for high desert conditions; the Las Vegas Arboretum also investigates new plants and cultivars. Also included in the arboretum is a two-acre Xeric garden which was established in the year 1988 and this is located towards the entrance of the Majorie Barrick Museum. This museum contains plants from almost all the arid regions from all over the world.
