If you think it is necessary to have a company name, you have to register it with your county courthouse. If you just want to go under your name until you get going good, I have some great advice.
    1. Get someone you know to serve as a reference.
    2. Buy some good smelling products from the dollar store. (very reasonable).
    3. Use your computer and make flyers on you Microsoft Word.
On these flyers, make sure to have somekind of discounts on first time customers.
    4. Either print them from your computer, or take to a copy place that will print a lot of copies for a little bit.
    5. Take your flyers to the neighborhood you are wanting to target and pass them out.
    6. When you get some business, call you local newspaper and place and ad.
All of these points will cost about $50 or so, and tadah, you have a cleaning business. It will take a little work, but you will eventually get it off the ground if you put the effort into. The customers you get, if you do a good job, they will refer you to someone they know. Oh, keep in mind, cleaning people average about $50-$60 bucks an hour so when you are bidding these jobs try to come as close without going over the amount of hours it will take you to clean then multiply it by probably $50 since you are just starting. GOOD LUCK TO YA!!!!
