That depends. Did you get an Order to Show Cause from the court? Or just an 72 hour notice to pay or quit? If you got the Order to show Cause, the eviction process has been started legally and only the person who brought the suit can stop it. In other words, you Landlord has the choice, not you. If you received the 72-hour notice to pay or quit, you can pay. |
