    Our Flight Was Delayed Then Instead Of Flying To Birmingham We Was Flown To Gatwick London 200 Miles Away And Then Put On Coaches To Birmingham Can I Get Compensation ?

    Hi we was due to fly from reus airport to Birmingham at 10.05 the flight got delayed by a hour then we all got a letter stating it had been cancelled and they needed our plane at gatwick so we was being flown to gatwick then transported by coach to Birmingham we had no food no drinks given us we was due to land at birmingham at 11.30 after al this we finally got some at birmingham at 6pm can i claim compensation

    I would think some sort of compensation is in order. It all rather depends on the reason for the diversion to Gatwick, they did after all get you to your correct destination of Birmingham. However, a coach journey and an extended travel time of 6 hours with no provision for food and beverage certainly warrants compensation. Give it a try!
