Coral reefs belong to phylum cnidaria the largest structure on earth of biological origins.They are extensive limestone structures which are formed largely by corals.It is found in shallow topical area and it provides habitat for variety of other marine life forms.The structure consist of three tissue layers and outer epidermis,an inner layer of cells lining and the third layer called mesoglea.
