Saariselkä is a village situated in Finland.this village is very famous for adventurous activities such as skiing, hiking and a spa, that it attracts many tourists from across the globe. It is to be found in Northern Lapland and also forms a part to the Inari municipality. One of the most exciting factors in this village is the soil. The soil found here is mostly 2 billion year-old granulite.
The most attractive feature out here is people always want to have a "white wedding" in Lapland in the winter wherein everywhere around it is filled with snow. Couples would be pulled by the sledge with the help of husky dogs and reindeers. And above all it's an all in one place wherein you have Pyhän Olavin Kappeli (St. Olaf's Chapel) and a small wooden Tievakappeli (Tieva Chapel) near Hotel & Igloo Village Kakslauttanen in Saariselkä.
