Where Is The Menu Bar?

The term menu bar describes a horizontal bar that is present at the top of the window and you can find it just below the title bar. As the name itself suggests, it has all the menus that are required to make  a window function without the use of the key board. What you will have to do is to just take the cursor of your mouse on the menu bar and click on the specific button that is meant to perform the function that you intend to perform.
      
Suppose you intend to refresh something: for that the process you will have to follow is quite easy; you just need to click on the button where you find the figure of two arrows moving in a clockwise direction.
