Can You Lay Lino On Top Of Ceramic Tiles?

Answer Question

It will be a hard walking surface and the tile may be scarred somewhat.  Also depending on how much traffic is on this floor, the tile joints will eventual show in the linoleum.
I would only try it if I was going to completely abandon the tile (never plan on using it again) and I would use a a 1/4 inch plywood glued down over the tile, to form an even base for the linoleum.  The life of the linoleum will be less than normal.

Only if the tiles are exactly flat with no indents anywhere
