Which Photo-editing Software Is Best?
I would like to "cut out" a figure from its surroundings. Is this possible with the software in the $100 range?

I use Picasa from google.
I also use Serif Photo Editor

They both work great. I don't do as much professional work as i used to but I used these alot more when I did
