It is not advisable to use dogs for breeding purpose before the age of 2 years. If your 7 months old dog is pregnant then take care of her and let her to complete gestation but get advice from the vet because pregnancy and delivery can be stressful. Complications of delivery are also possible. So, in my opinion, you should get help from the vet for the whelping in your dog.
