The whole state of Texas is full of places where you can visit and Houston is the largest city in that state of the US, certainly you will find a good number of places to visit in that city. The reason that can be cited for the phenomenon is that places to visit are being created where the population is and Houston has a sizable number of people.
The place that I particularly like to recommend you to visit is the Space Centre and it is the official centre for visitors of the Lyndon B. Johnson Space Centre. When you are this place you will just love to imagine yourself as creature moving around in the universe as it consists of some interactive exhibits that make you feel that you are not on the planet earth but some where else.
So go ahead and visit the city to know the Texan way of life and explore its art and culture.
