How Can I Be Myself In A Relationship?

Answer Question

1 Answer - Sort by: Date | Rating

The first rule to any relationship is to be you. A relation never moves a step ahead until you and your friend won't be yourself. You don't have to be a doormat so that your partner manages to clean or wipe off his shoes on you. If you feel the one on the opposite side is saying something you that is really bad or you kind off feel awkward let him/her known that very moment. Be clear about things in the beginning itself do not try to please the opposite with something you known you will do once and never again. It never pays to be you in any kind of relationship. Never hope to change someone and never try to change someone, because changes never last for long.
