Can You Solve It By Factoring?
I have a problem that I am trying to solve by factoring: X^2 - 13x = - 12

X^2 -13x = - 12
X^2 - 13 x +12 = 0
X^2 - 13x + 12
(X - 12) (X - 1)=0
So the answer is (X - 12) (X - 1) =0, so X can be 12 or 1.
