If you don't have the password of the system then you have to open the CPU cover and find a small chip on the motherboard. It is very small with only two holes on it. It might be near to the battery of the motherboard. Just take it off from the pin and start the computer. It will ask to disable the password. Disable it and then put the chip back in it's original position. The password will be disabled and you could work on it.
