Why Am I This Hungry?
I'm Always Hungry, especially in the morning, with the thought of getting sick almost all day, Bloated, Backache, And My Period Was 3 Days' Late. Could I be pregnant? My period was also very heavy when it came.

All the symptoms which your telling have no obvious reasons. The chances of pregnancy are absolutely low as you bleed heavily. For your satisfaction get pregnancy test in blood and in urine.

I doubt this is a pregnancy here as you had your period and very heavy you could still do a test though to put your mind at ease if your period was so heavy you may suffer anemia a weak feeling it could explain you been more hungry
