You can buy fresh rosmary and garlic in the grocery stores, in the vegetable section. Cut finely. Prebake your potatoes whole, let them cool, and dice.
Pour olive oil (or rosemary olive oil) over potatoes, sprinkle seasonings over potatoes, add salt and pepper if you like, and bake at 350 degrees for about 15 minutes or until golden brown.
