"Only Fools Play The National Lottery" Do You Agree, In Terms Of Risk Aversion?

Answer Question

Well, only fools who have never won the lottery would say this!
Well if you won forty million or even one million you would not care if someone called your risk 'adverse', or even stupid really, because you have won. It has happened to people in your city maybe even someone you know, who will then set about trying to win again. Has any one won twice? Who knows? it  is likely, and who cares anyway, it is fun for a few dollars.

As the joke goes, someone once prayed to God. Please let me win! Gods answer was, "Help me out by buying a ticket first"!
Its no more of an adverse risk than betting on horses, playing cards, and many other forms of taking a chance and its a lot cheaper. It provides millions of people with a dream to hope
for, and paupers have won too!

Yes I agree that "Only fools play the National Lottery". However, it is not in terms of risk aversion. There is not much risk associated with National Lottery unless one is so addicted to it that they gamble away all they assets playing the numbers. Such a gesture will definitely be risky and stupid. However, playing the national lottery once in a while is not too bad. What one gains from it is a little bit of excitement at the least if not a small prize which definitely boosts the mood.  However, people who play this with higher expectations than this are definitely fools. Any slight knowledge in probably will tell us what are the chances for hitting the jackpot!
However, I would still support playing the national lottery. It is far better than gambling away your money in Las vegas. This is because, National lottery supports numerous good causes which benefits many different people and organizations all over the country.
