I would think that neither of them would really hurt the pup, how old is the pup, and was there a chance that either of those foods were bad and spoiled? If so, then I would suggest that you take it to the vet. Hope this helps, good luck to you and the pup.

If the food was fresh then I am sure that is probably not what caused your dog to become sick.  I would suggest to feed your dog dog food and plenty of water, and if he/she stops eating or gets sicker then take him/her to the vet or at least call your vet and see what he/she suggests.  Maybe there is something else making your dog sick.

Oatmeal is fine for the dog. Balonga should not hurt it either. Might have a sensitive tummy and is not use to those foods. I would call the vet if your dog keeps throwing up...it could get dehydrated or be something else not caused by the food.
