Your dog might be having anal prolapse or anal gland disease. Anal gland disease can be due to impaction, infection, tumors, and abscess formation. Treatment depends upon underlying cause. Rectal prolapse is a condition when rectal tissues protrude out through anus. Etiology of this condition is not known but intestinal parasites can cause this condition. You should take your dig to vet for proper advice.
