Do I Need To Remove A Wood Splinter From Underneath My Nail Or Will It Grow Out In Time?
I received a wood splinter from a table a few days ago. It is under my nail. It doesn't hurt but I am concerned it will just stay there and cause an infection.

Uh...your concern is right. You need to get that out!!!! It may not hurt now but it can eventually.

It will be more right to get rid of wood splinter from your nail...as if it does not infect then its ok otherwise you will get more trouble near future because of infection. You can take help of doctor to remove it, if it is not possible on your own.
