What Does LCD Mean In Televisions?

    The full form of LCD is Liquid Crystal Display. It is a slim display device made up of millions of colours arranged in front of a light reflector. It is most commonly used in battery powered electronic devices such as television, computer monitors, portable video games and many more such items. The layers in an LCD is called pixel. A pixel is defined as a resolution and a number of colours. LCD televisions are quite expensive but it offers an amazing television experience. More the resolution of the LCD television, the more enjoyable the viewing experience can be. The only drawback of an LCD television is that, if anything happens to the screen of it, you cannot repair it. You will have to buy a new one.
