I have seen on tv that if it all melts, it's not just the sea level rising - it's the rising temps that will change everything like the fish, sharks, the polar bears, etc. There is a delicate balance and it is being shaken by this global warming. I wouldnt be concerned about drowning, I would be concerned about living with the consequences of this man-made warming of the earth.
