Where Can I Go For ITIL Certification? And Then How Do I Find A Better Opportunity Ahead?

I understand Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) is a set of eight documents/books, which are most commonly called sets. The set are divided in sub-divisions, which are called disciplines, each covering separate subjects. ITIL is set of documents inclusive of best practice recommendations, which have common definitions and terminology.

The books or documents cover Service Support, which covers Change, Release, Problem, Incident/Configuration Management and Service Desk. Service Delivery covers: IT Financial, IT Continuity, Capacity, Availability and Service Level Management. These are the most commonly used documents or sets from ITIL training and usage. The other sets are: Planning to Implement Service, Software Asset, Application, Security Management and Business Perspective and ICT Infrastructure Management.

Certificaton for ITIL is based on three levels: Foundation, which allows one to understand and use the ITIL terminology in the provision ITIL Service Support and Service Delivery. This is the first step toward full certification. Practitioner Certification is certification to function as a specialist who understands, and applies the processes within the IT Service Management discipline. A Certified Manager is an experienced professional involved in managing service management functions.

Since, I do know where you are located, I cannot offer any specific schools with the exception of the training offered through these two sites.
