While walking into a poke mart hold down L+R and there will be a man in a green suit. Talk to him and he will give you a members pass.go to the town with the steal gym and go to the house behind the pokemon center and use the members pass you should be able to walk in and go to sleep in the bed and than you will be transported to the island :)
