Do I Have Any Rights To Kick Out My Housemate If He Isn't Paying His Part Of The Rent But We Have A Lease That Stipulates Rent Must Be Paid Regardless Of The Tenants?

My housemate didn't pay his half the rent last month and i feel he wont have the money to pay this month either, i dont want to pay his rent anymore as i would rather pay the rent all on my own and have my own flat than let him stay rent free. Do i have any right to kick him out? Should I inform my landlord as I think this may break the contract?

No a tenant can't kick off the house-mate by his own. It is illegal on your part.  Don't pay his rent and the landlord will then evict him by giving him the notice. You should also read your state law for more details.
