    Basically, 1 pound force = 4.44822162 newtons

Now, if you have to convert "x" pounds into "newtons" then you will simply multiply "x" with 4.44822162 newtons.

      x pound force = (4.44822162)* (x) newtons

    Where, "x" is a variable
