Dandruff is actually dry dead skin cells that are not sloughing off properly.
This causes a build up from new skin cells forming and the old ones not sloughing off.
Daily scalp massage will help stimulate the scalp which will help the process along.
Also brushing down on the scalp with a bristle brush will help.
If this doesn't correct the problem with in 3 to 4 weeks, purchase a shampoo with selenium sulfide in it.
