I am about 5 or 6 weeks pregnant and I was wondering if anyone knows if brown mucus discharge is normal in early pregnancy?

Yes it is very common. You should not worry unless you are having cramps and if it turns into bright red bleeding,then i would call your doctor. Many women have brown spotting during early pregnancy and have healthy babies.

9 weeks ago i had it, for a few days then went into bleeding unfortunately i was loosing my baby and i lost it in the end, you should contact you GP if the discharge get lighter
