Warm & Dry Nose On 9 Week Old Kitten, I Know She Needs To Get Adjusted, But Should I Be Concerned?

My newly adopted kitten is very lethargic, with very brief periods of play. She was trembling & her body feels very warm, as well as her nose feeling warm & very slightly moist. She is using her litter box, eating & drinking but only when she is put in front of them. I know she needs to get adjusted, but should I be concerned?
