 Can A New Landlord Terminate Your Lease Because Your Old Lanlord Sold The Property?
I just moved in aug. And signed a years lease.2 weeks later my landlord informed me she was selling the property. So my new lanlord came to introduce himself and asked us if he cut a deal if we can be out by oct.31 but we signed a 1 years lease. Help!

 Wow, You know as far as the housing thing goes, I think you can't fight it in court, if he accepted the terms of your contract when he bought the place, no i don't believe you would have to go, but if you didn't sign a new lease with the new owner, i think that they can force an eviction, not really sure tho, i would check with your countys fair housing act, and legal assittance...good luck and let me know what happens
