Stellate objects are basically those objects that radiate from a centre and are arranged or shaped like a star. Stellate objects may have four or five radiating lines points or rays, which are in a similar form as those of a star.
Stellate is a word which is similar in meaning to the word radial. It means something which is arranged like rays or radii. Each of these rays or radii radiate from a common centre.
