    I Was Served An Eviction Paper With A 2 Day Court Notice And A Two Day Move Out Period, Is This Legal?

    I was served an eviction notice on Tuesday to attend court on Thursday for eviction and was given only til saturday to move by the judge is this legal?

    Yes, it is legal especially if you are very behind in your rent and the landlord has put past eviction notices on your door. He should have left you a 3-day notice to move prior to this , did he? that is what we have to do.
