I am trying to put together a scrap metal deal for a Chinese buyer and i need to know the current price of scrap steel per metric ton in u.s. Dollars.

The current price of Scrap steel is 332.00 USD per metric ton.

HMS 1 $460 per ton
No. 2 steel $414 per ton
No. 2 steel (2 foot) $437 per ton
this is us ton, not metric ton so you will have to convert. Pricing does fluctuate and there are other grades of scrap steel. try www.scrapmetalpricesandauctions.com for current pricing
