    Isn't It Against The Law To Be A Manager And Your Daughter Is The Assistant Manager And Having A Lot Of Family Working Together In One Sonic Building?

    And them not telling you how much you owe them because some of are trays came up missing and some of the workers kept on coming up short after someone new started working there and if are money is over they don't give us are money i think they are keeping it and we have to do clean ups and on school nights i can't work past ten but they don't give me enough time to do my clean up and it keeps making me work past ten couldn't i sue them for all that?

    It isn't against the law but some companies do not allow this type of employment as it leads to conflict and productivity is less when the boss has to pick a favorite just because they are kin to each other.

      No, nepotism is not against the law. However, many organizations in the US try to avoid (and have created company policies) regarding putting relatives in a position in which one would need to supervise another; the concern is the ability of the supervisor to be objective in performing the duties of supervision.

      It doesn't sound like your work situation is a good one for you, or that you are happy there, and while your employer may not be the most principled or ethical, your employer has done nothing unlawful (US law) from what you have described.

      If you are unhappy with your job, it might be best for you to take responsibility for finding a work environment and employer that will treat their employees better. Employees deserve to be treated well and to have a work environment that isn't dreadful.
