How Do You Keep Your Co- Employees Informed With What Is Going On In The Organization?

The internet offers some very effective ways to keep your co-workers informed about developments in your company, organization or institution. The easiest way is to create an online group, or mailing list for your colleagues. Google Groups is a very useful tool, as it allows you to communicate with each other, without having to type everyone's e-mail into the address line of your e-mail program, and it also allows members to browse through old messages available on a webpage dedicated to the discussions that have gone on in your group. In order to enhance communication within the office, you can also get all employees to sign onto MSN, so that they can easily communicate with co-workers in other departments.

You should also consider setting up mail folders, or mailboxes for all employees in the organization, so that whenever they come to work in the morning, the can check their folder/box for messages, print-outs, or memorandas.

If possible, you can also organize regular, weekly meetings with all employees, when you, or the leaders of your organization are able to make all pertinent announcements. While electronic communication is very useful, there still is nothing as effective as face-to-face, personal contact.
