It can not be pinpointed your problem on the net without physical examination, medical history and few laboratory tests. Symptoms that you are mentioning are not due to single condition but many diseases and conditions can cause them. Differential diagnosis is required. You are a experienced mom and it is not difficult for your to feel early pregnancy. It will be good to see a doctor for proper diagnosis and treatment.
