How Can I Find A Vet That Will Sign An Excuse To Change Horses For Pa 4h?
I missed the June 2 deadline to change my daughters horse for 4h. I need a vet to sign that the horse she is signed with is lame and cannot be used so I can change her horse for the safety of my daughter.

Your post is not completely clear to me. Is the horse that your daughter is currently assigned to actually lame? If it is lame then your large animal vet would sign the waiver. If he is unwilling to sign the waiver ask him for the name of a vet in the area that is able to sign these types of waivers.
