I gave my moms dog a bath and i need to put advatage on her but i didnt know how long you had to wait.

Wait until her hair and skin are totally dry, you could even leave it for a few days, it doesn't matter that much. Just don't apply it when she is wet, because the stuff will mix with the water and just run down the hair and be wasted.
