That depends on your age and your state. Most states if you're over 18 there is no maximum as long as they pay you 1 1/2 times your hourly rate after 40 hours. I've worked as many as 74 hours in a week before nd have known people that have worked more than 80. Cdl drivers are under a different set of rules. If I remember right, it was no more than 50 hours in a 6 day period or 6o hours in a 5 day period of driving time with a mandatory 8 hours sleep time a day. Keeping those logs was a pain, I forgot all the regulations because i hated it so much ;) lol!
