Yes it is normal. (HOW DO I KNOW) Believe it or not i just went to my G.Y.N not too long ago and asked her the same thing. Her answer was "don't worry it is all part of the cleansing process" i told her how my friend doesn't have the light brown/ dark brown discharge she said " every woman is diff and that even though others may not experience the dark discharge it is still normal "If you ever have any question and no one is online to answer do what i do CALL YOUR LOCAL HOSPITAL, ASK TO SPEAK TO A NURSE AND SHE WILL BE ABLE TO ANSWER MOST QUESTIONS!!!!!!!!!!!!
