Does Laying Eggs Cause Pain To My Duck?
My pet duck (who I rescued & then found out what imprinting is) has recently started laying eggs so I now know he's a she. I am taking the best care of her using the info I have learned on the net. My question is: Is laying eggs painful for my duck? If so, is there anything I should be doing to ease her pain. She never complains. (except when I leave her to go to work)

The first egg was probably a bit uncomfy for her, but since she is not complaining I think you can assume she is ok with it.
Make sure her food has enough calcium in it otherwise her bones will get weak.
